Dammit! Fuckin' edited CDs!!!

how do you not realize its edited? do you buy them offline or something? cuz i only buy mine in stores and i've always gotten the right version because they have the parental advisory on the cover. the only time i ever got an edited cd was when i was at a used cd store and i bought a promo version of tyrese-2000 watts and oddly an in store version of nature-for all seasons...i knew these may or may not be edited so i bought them anway cuz they were cheap. they were both edited. but i would think if you were buying a brand new cd it would be easy to tell if its edited.

The Parental Advisory sticker could be there just for the content, not the words. The first time I bought Kurupt's Streets is a Mutha I was damn sure it had the parental  advisory label on it. I didn't even know they sold edited stuff here. When I listened to it at home I was like aww shit, shit's edited. And it had the advisory label!!!! Couldn't return it 'cause I bought it from another city but I sold to the local record store (didn't mention it was edited though ;D) and ordered a new one from the net...

Also I heard all the Friday After Next soudtrack CD's were edited 'cause Cube didn't want the cuss words on a Christmas record or some shit... And what I heard they had the advisory label on them too. I ain't seen that personally, never caught my eye in a store here.

i was sitting in the car the other day with 2 mormons (it was their car). they had their eminem cd on in the car. the eminem show. so there was this one song and eminem said the f-word :o guess what they did... they skipped the track! :o :-\ ;D

So you mean they skipped all the tracks then ?, Em says f-words in every song.
