Yeah, downtown Vancouver there's some coffee shops like "The Rainforest Cafe", "Bogarts", and a few others that you can smoke in, only it's always full of old hippies.

It is not legalised in holland, apparently it is tollerated, but you ca only have a certain amount on you and if you get caught with like a tiny bit more the cops will do you for drugs and shit.  It aint legal I dont think you can just walk the streets and smoke you gotta do it in a special cafe like.
