The Watcher:
in the next 1-2 weeks he will be a full fledged heel. he's going on a 'rampage' in the story lines, like he used to when he first came in (was he both then!?) ..

Perfection:
Kane is going to be taking out heels and faces because the WWE wants to have a guy who is a face but isn't a heel because then he can wrestle anyone and it's easy to work with a character who feuds with both heels and faces. And if Kane was just a heel do you really think he would take out the heel GM? If Kane was a heel then Bishoff would've been on Kane's side.

Kane's not a heel. He's a psycho. BIG difference.

As for face/heel GMs etc...

Steph is face. Stone Cold is neutral (sorry, he's not face, he's just like ever). Bischoff is heel.

But Vince...Heel, yes, but what a weird heel.

WE WANT SHANE!!!

At least he could wrestle, unlike pappy.

Perfection:
Being a face means the heels have a problem with you, you get on the fans side, if you thank the fans and you play to the fans and don't trash them then you are a face. And that's exactly what Stone Cold has been since he returned in February.
