i was probably one of the few lakers fans that "knew" we werent gonna get a championship this year, we needed more support for kobe and shaq

BUT DAMN GETTIN PAYTON IS WHOA!!!!!!

hopefully now we can convince pj brown or karl malone to come on over for the ride

honestly though daygo u gotta admit that we are gonna be a force to be reckon with for a few years if we get payton and somebody else ;D

i only got one question though, what about derek fisher??? will he now be the backup? obviously payton will be the starter


DAMN Y'all this shit is really happening, hopefull all this Kobe rape bullshit is gone by the start of the season and shaq better come in good physical shape to run down the court with payton
ultimately payton picked the best team to go to, portland isnt going nowhere especially with their player conflicts and milwaukee gots to rebuild, Good choice Gary if it comes true of course

wow this is GREAT mother fucking news. i love payton, dude has Defense AND a SNEAKY........i REPEAT, a SNEAKKY OFFENSE, i love the glove. Also him and Shaq are really good friends and have great chemistry . Shaq said that when he was playing with him on the dream team in 96' he had a blast playing with payton, so the chemistry is established there.
