rap fans are very cold when it comes to new rap fans. You're exactly right, rap fans need to step back, and look at how they act.  there's a LOT of frontin' going on, they think they're more intelligent, blah blah blah.  Really man, it's a problem with RAP not just the fans.  You get this shit all around.  Lots and lots of ignorance, it comes from like you said heads not wanting any new fans, but yet they want their artist to sell, but yet if they sell any at all they're considered a sell-out, but they complain when they don't sell shit, but... on and on and on.  There's all kinds of this shit in rap, even when Rappers call every single woman a bitch, what's that about?  Rap itself is responsible for the loss of quality in the music, in my opinion, for what you mentioned
