IMO  o'shea was at fault. he stood still when the guy crossed it, he should have tried to close him down.

Well thats arguable.  I would say his positioning was good.  He was doing his best to block a possible shot as well as not making the pass too easy.

Silvestre was more at fault

I've just seen it again on the news O'Shea was miles away he couldn't have possibly closed him down
