Ok, letz say...FaBolous moved to L.A. ryte now. And on hiz nexx alBum he started skreamin Westside & throwin up tha duB. Would yall konsider him West Koast?
no but the outlawz started their career on tha west coast with pac

The difference is that 'Pac moved out here at 16, and showed mad love to his Bay area connection, and blew up out here. The Outlawz rolled with him. I think it depends on the Outlawz. I see a lot of Bay in them, when they went independent, just that also made me think they still were Bay. Now Fatal, nah, his east, he stays in Jersey, and always keeps his Jersey roots alive. Fatal is east, the rest, I don't know, they're more like both. Napolean, his doing a whole album with Johnny J, that's westcoast. Bone is mid0west that sounds west though, so both are a grey line I think. Personally, they are hot to me, they rap about real shit. I like to think of them as west, 'cause of 'Pac, but what ever you think, that's you.
