if he really did kick those people in the head and assualt those people then he deserves to be in jail. I don't think it has anything to do with "Police trying to bring a successful black man down", I think it is more about keeping a criminal of the streets. If that was your friend or a family member who got shot or beat up by Suge and his peoples, I'm sure you'd want him to be in jail too.
