Seriously, the best thing for u would be a community college....get yo mind on yo grades n yo grades on yo mind...and in two years u could transfer into any medium level university like the CSU's and maybe even a couple UC's...dunno about UCSD (ANYTHANGS POSSIBLE) but UCDavis or UCRiverside and maybe even Irvine, but U gotta get a 3.0 gpa (which aint 2 hard   ;D either)
