Ohhh yeah I rememebr now, ur right... They were African pride too, dont think I heard more than 1 song by em, and dont rememeber it now...anyway that track didnt catch MY attention, but they are pretty significant in hip-hop history, soooo guess it couldnt hurt to cop em.  And that put it in my mouth song is daaaaaaaaamn annoying.  :-\ pZ

As for Akinyele, the man's got some skills on the mic, but I paid over £20 for that ...shit, can't even remember the name of the album it was so wack... well, the one with Put It In Your Mouth on, and it was garbage.

Indeed, Brand Nubian is hip hop history. They were on top in the days of PE and X-Clan. I got a cd from '98 I think, called Foundation, and that's pretty cool too.
Some of them also made solo shit. Can't hurt to listen to Sadat X, who has made some music and has a distinctive voice.
