i agree with max powers but atleast foxy can look somewhat good sometimes...lil kim is always nasty...and as far as their music goes i would say foxy without a doubt...lil kim is straight annoying and foxy's had some dope songs (ill be, take me home, hot spot, big bad mama, oh yeah, etc...)
