Tight post!!!
Here is a couple opinion's I can spitt out.

-LL Cool J would/can bring it any Mc. (If need be)
-Naughty by Nature is very underated.
-Cam'ron & his his goons (Diplomats) are joke rapper's.
-Mc Breed's "Ain't no futre in yo frontin" still bangs as hard as when it droped.
-Too $hort & Ice-T are 2 of the most underapreciated vet's.
-Big Pun made everyone step up their game in 98' and ever since.
-Lloyd Banks voice is very very annoying.
-Dr Dre is the next big artist to sign to Shady at the rate Em's going. (That's Irony)
-All the newbies already forgot about Rakim (Sad)
-"Pain is Love" is Ja Rule's best lp
-Tha Row will be a powerhouse in hip-hop again
-Erick sermon is a top 3 hip-hop producer of all-time

Juelz Santana is the worst rapper ever (his album sucks BTW)
Just Blaze is the best producer out there today
Mobb Deep has completely fallen off and should just retire
Nas (as a person) is a fake, a phony & a Stan
OutKast is the greatest rap group ever
The Blueprint is STILL the best rap album of the 21st century

Here are some of mine:
I never liked 2Pac, although it got better in time. Overrated for sure.
I like Steven Seagal movies.
I think there's no, let me repeat: no, good rapper from the current generation of mc's.
I respect 50 Cent, but I wonder how someone with his capabilities can sell so many albums.
Big Daddy Kane is the greatest of all time.
MC Ren is the best in the west.
What hip hop needs badly is intelligence, wisdom, and pride.
Hip hop has to get rid of half-naked women in videos.
MC's who ain't original, need to be kicked out the business.
I own nearly all albums of Willie D and Bushwick Bill of the Geto Boys.
The mc's in Jennifer Lopez's "Jenny from the block" sucked heavily. It also raped the old BDP-beat.
