As the song goes
City come from Manchester.

Man Utd come from Salford or Trafford or some other industrial northen shit hole. Where ever it is it is not Manchester.

Right
As the song goes
City come from Manchester.
How would U know when ya live in Scouse/cockernee land ?

Lets just clear this shit up once and for all.

I was born in Cheadle in Greater Manchester.  I live in Salford, Greater Manchester. 1 mile from Manchester City centre.  I have already posted the statistics on here that PROVE citeh and United have about the same percentage of season tickket holders from Manchester.  Plus, if you don't live in Manchester, how the fuck do you know?
I guarantee that if you stand anywhere in Manchester City centre, and count the kids wearing replica shirts you get more United than city.  I fucking did this (I know it's sad) with a mate from Leeds last year who was also coming out with the same media driven bullshit.  And of course that is what the song says, Man citeh sing it.  They are a shit team, who are very bitter.  They can't get the better of us on the pitch, so they grasp on to this shit about the real Manchester team.  When in reality it was there ever so loyal fans that took 3,007 to Maine Road ...
(MATCH REPORT - 'LIVE' I

MANCHESTER CITY vs. MANSFIELD TOWN, AUTO WINDSCREEN SHIELD 1ST ROUND

Tuesday 8th December 1998

On a cold December night 3,007 hardy/mad/sad (delete as applicable) fans turned up
http://www.uit.no/mancity/mcivta/4/57.html)

and I'm sure you were all watching on BBC1 last season when Maine Road's last ever FA Cup game vs the second biggest team in the land Liverpool drew a shit crowd from this 'real Manchester team', about 27,000.

Lol Jay, the whole Manchester thing obvioulsy means a lot to you!
I agree i dont live in Manchester so i dont really know, I just like winding utd fans up.
I suppose i have the idea of city come from manchester because i am surrounded by glory hunting utd fans and whenever i go to city games i go to moss side, and you cant get more manchester than there.
+ theres oasis and ricky hatton etc, but hey if the facts say otherwise...

And you cant blame them for having 3,000 fans in a auto windscreens, lol thats a bit harsh.

Where the fuck is Cheadle btw?

Ever heard of the Stone Roses and the Smiths?

Plum.

You just summed up why city are strictly small time.

I talk about success on the pitch - meaning trophies won, and you quote two games at me, one being a draw.

2 games mean more to you than 38 combined.

27 YEARS
(you have the nerve to take the mickey out of Everton - have a look at their trophy cabinet and then have a look at yours).

Yeah I lived in Birmingham.  You know that.
I don't have to apologise too you about where I've lived.

Just cause you beat us last season doesn't mean shit, we beat arsenal last season doesn't mean we are better than them does it.  You have been a division 1 team for God knows how long and everton have always been a premiership team, if we compare stats and trophies and shit then you are left in the dark so if I where you I would just accept the fact that I think both clubs are proberly on the same level.
