Lets say you were on a vacation and had a hotel room downtown San Diego. Would you ride in a Low Speed Taxi (40 mph max) to get around the downtown area?
Where the speed limit is 25-35 mph.

I saw one of them on TechTV. They said they were for campus's and shit...
I dont think id ride around on 1 of them in public...but id deff. attempt to baja with one.
