Waitin For The DJ = Nice beat. I didn't think the "Like the birds in the treeees" sample quite fit in with the mood of the track though. Other than that, it's dope. Nice strings, it sounds a lot like "Guerilla Monsoon Rap" off of Talib Kweli's latest album. Dopeness.

Roccy = Decent... I like the drums & bassline but in the end the melody becomes very simplistic. You should try to add more effects to the mix to make the beat better. As it is it sounds like a reject Dre track, LOL, like Xzibit's "Choke Me, Spank Me (Pull My Hair)". Keep working on it.


Nice beat battle, I think the winner is quite obvious though.

the "like the bird" sample could be removed on nazd's beat....
