Why do people compare DMX and 2pac
CRAFTY:
^^^^Me neither actually...they do have some similarities (they're both VERY good at making deep songs, songs you can really FEEL). But besides that, they both have their own style.

it's no argument to say Pac became a legend after death. because DMX is WAY FAR from being a legend.
2nd DMX is not a much better rapper at all. I prefer Pac in every case.
fuck gangsta.
however, if DMX and PAC are compared, it aint a honor for pac, but for x.
lmao is this the guy who calls Ja Rule The Mic God? EXPLAINS ALOT!!!!

yeah thats true. i think Biggie Big L & Big Pun are all in that same boat to a degree
Nightfall:
^^^^^^^
true
people made pac a lyricists, but he wasnt
now dont get me wrong here, his lyrics were good
but it was subject matter and emotion are the things that made em a good artists
not complex wordplay, metaphores..ect...
Big L and big pun were better IMO, biggie and pac were on the same level
