But Holland did not deserve to be in it

If you have Haisselbank, Kluivert, RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, Bergkamp, up front, and you can't beat a team with Breen, Staunton, Cunningham etc. in defence (Ireland), you don't deserve to be in the World Cup.  Van Gaal's fault.

I'm not saying it was EASY, I'm saying you had an easier draw than any team ever.

But you've got nothing to be sad about either.  Cause nobody expected you to do anything in the tournament so you should be happy that you put on a good show in the final.
