DMX (disses) 2Pac
Jome:
XXL asked him about Pac and people saying he sounded similar to Pac...
" I wasn't really a big fan. I was always a big fan of me...I don't knock what the nigga said, I just don't want to hear what the nigga had to say...I'm not the next Pac. Never was. I'm the first X...I'm not running around talking about gangbanging. That shit is ignorant to me, man...What the fuck you gonna die over a color for? The color was here before you was born nigga and that color gonna be here after you're dead. Color nothing. The black color. That's the color I'm dying for. I got more sense than that."

Where the Pac groupies @.. ?
I agree with X.. 8)
The Watcher:
maybe i didnt read it right, but how did he diss him? all he said was that he didnt listen to him. i dont like Pac, never did, but there's a big difference in saying FUCK 2PAC and sayin you didnt listen to him .. that gangbanging shit he is talkin about sounds like it was just in general, not @ Pac
M Dogg™:
True... though 'Pac never claimed a color. He claimed a coast though, so whatever. I like both rappers, DMX is the only one I think more personal than 'Pac.
Don Jacob:
the only thing ignorant, mr. simons, is that 2pac didn't rap about dying for set. LMAO that's got to be one of the most ignorant things i've heard in a while. anyone who knows about 2pac knows the line "i don't give a fuck if you're blood or cuzz". fuck what dmx said, 2pac died for the struggle, not some set, he was never a gangbanger, the things he rapped about was woman (both sensitively and deragatively), politics, the streets, and EMOTION.
damn, the only thing that dmx said that made sense was that he didn't listen to 2pac.....lol it's OBVIOUS earl.

he didn't die for the westcoast, he loved new york ALOT too. he repped the west that hard becuase of the screwed up industry politics going on at that time.....the west coast was putting out superior material at the time and the east was shunning it, if pac was alive today he'd be pulling an ice cube and working with east coast artist
