Yer they r a great team no doubting that.  If I didnt support England I wud proberly like to support germany cos I feel they r quite simliar in the way that they play to england.  I wouldent wanna support Argentina and Brazil and all the big teams.  Just average teasm will do me.

That list is bullshit from Fifa.

Uruguay have won it twice, and Czechoslovakia and Hungary have made two finals.  Sweden have made a final and got to a couple of semis.  

Now compare that to Spain's record.  (No semi final appearances ever).
