please if they wanted to say americans from washington they woulda said  citizens of washington.  they wouldn't of made a generalization saying americans

if the bakersfield califonian conducted a poll asking locals here their ethnicity .......and 50% said they were mexican.....then the paper said "50% of americans are mexican americans"..........there would be a BIG flaw in that
