It's been a minute, but I'm back with some more news.

Bay vets The Delinquents are dropping a new project called Town Business Part 1. It's slated to be in stores on the 7th of October. The album is featuring E-40, Keak Da Sneak, Steady Mobbin, Casual, Dolla Will, and many more. With production from the likes of E.A.Ski, Mike D, and Sonny B. Looks hot. Make sure you check that out.

"New Bay" Emcees Lefty and Locksmith make up Frontline. This fall, their debut Who Are U? is going to be released. You all know Locksmith, he came in second place on the MTV Freestyle Battle contest. Another "New Bay" affiliate Balance will be releasing a self-titled EP in November. And, an LP in March of 04. These releases are pretty anticipated for the "New Bay" fans.

E-40's cousin Turf Talk is going to be releasing his debut LP in January. Turf can be heard on three songs on E-40's new album Breakin' News. Turf's album is going to be called Turf Talk The Street Novelist. From his performances on his cousins album, his own LP should be heated.

Mystic has been picked up by Dreamworks and is re-releasing her slept on album Cuts For Luck & Scars For Freedom. If you haven't checked the album, possibly because you slept or JCors not so great job at promotion, check it now. Not only can she Emcee with the best of them, but she also has a great voice, and sings as good as most R&B singers.

Siccmade Muzicc don't stop. Look for a new DVD Documentary called While U Wait: The Appetizer, to be dropping soon. DVD features behind-the-scenes footage at E-Moe and C.O.S.' commercial shoots. Brotha Lynch and Yukmouth in the studio and much more. It comes with a CD soundtrack, as well.

Last, but most certainly not least, Guce and Killa Tay aka Bully's Wit Fullys are going to be releasing a follow up LP to their severly underrated debut, entitled Bully's Wit Fullys 2: Gangsta Without The Rap. Along with Guce and Tay on the album will be San Quinn and Messy Marv. But, much like with the first album, this LP will probably have a large line-up of who's who from the West Coast.

Hopefully she'll release a new one.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

I always wanted to hear her old one but couldn't get it. Happy to see she'll rerelease it.

Yeah that's good. It was hard for me to find but worth it. It's actually one of my faves off all time.
