Whats with the recent Earthquakes near San Diego?

http://eqinfo.ucsd.edu/

There was one in San Diego (3.75) 10/7 one in N. Mexico (4.3) 10/8 and another earthquake today in Yucca Valley (3.6) . Professors say there is a slight chance it could be a build up to a much larger quake.

:-\ Anyways I moved all this crap off my dresser.

:) I got my spaceship ready.

"We've been really skittish whenever anything happens in the vicinity of that portion of the San Andreas Fault," said Kerry Sieh, a seismologist with the California Institute of Technology (CalTech).
Because the area of the fault that runs through the Salton Sea hasn't moved for at least 300 years, experts say it has built up enormous tension, making it the most likely spot to trigger the next "Big One" in Southern California.

But the latest event has rekindled old fears about the vulnerability of the San Andreas and the probability of one catastrophe causing another in Southern California.
