The Golden Age high was 1988, with 1994 being the kick off of the New York Revival. In both case, they were the hights of hip-hop years. But the Golden Age is 1987-1992. There's a different between age and year.

Favorite album from 1988, hum... Great Adventure of Slick Rick... or maybe Straight Outta Compton. Both i love.
