Heavons Movie IMO is the best album ever made... The Gift is a perfect example of a true SOLO album and classic album... its matter of opinions i mean like how Licoln think Doggystyle and Chronic aint classics but we do... i mean i think im the only person who thinks Heavons Movie is the best album to ever be released because its matter of opinion...

yea i agree...its all the way you look at it...i dont really think that the chronic and doggystyle are all theyre cracked up to be...i would call them classics but they arent the best albums of all time or anything. i loved the sound of heavens movies i just thought that the cd was waaaaayyyy too short...it was a decent cd...i just wouldnt say its the greatest ever made...but i can definetely see why someone could love that cd...i have heard parts of the gift...i like that one a lot...the song "father" was pretty damn good...i need to hear the rest though.

get it its awesome...

but the funny thing is that people talk about how short Heavons Movie is and they say thats what keeps it from bieng a "classic" but yet Illmatic was the same length maybe even shorter and they still refer to it as a "classic" it just dont make no sense...

its not the length of the cd...i dont mind having a cd thats only a half hour long or so (i listen to a lot of punk so like 90% of punk cds are really short) its the fact that almost every song on there was like 2 min. long...thats what bugged me was how short the songs were...not how short the cd was...illmatic only had 10 tracks at 3-4 minutes per track...while i wish it was longer it had enough length in each track to make it a classic...

i agree with M Dogg though...there are a lot of "classic" cds that are not flawless: illmatic, 2001, the chronic, strictly for my niggaz, thug life, etc...in fact there are very few flawless cds i can think of...in my mind the only ones are: TQ - They Never Saw Me Coming, Nas - It Was Written, 2pac - Makaveli: 7 Day Theory, Atmosphere - GodLovesUgly, Atmosphere - Seven's Travels, Atmosphere - Lucy Ford.
