Remember about a month ago when we exclusively hooked ya'll up with the 411 on Chag G's upcoming compilation "Eastside Connected"? I'm sure ya'll been eagerly awaiting further information on the album, and that's what I'm here to do right now. I just had a long conversation with the man himself, and got everything there is to know for ya'll right here.
"This has been a long journey, getting this album done. But I'm very pleased with the results, so I'm Expadigitalizin! (Oh boy!) This album is diverse. It's got a Gangsta Swang with a R&B twist, there's something for everybody.
Never heard of Chag G (pronounced Shag G)? You've probably heard him do alot of hooks on different peoples shit, on Daz "To Live & Die In CA" compilation, Jayo Felony's "Crip Hop", Master P's "WestCoast Bad Boyz Vol. 3" or Ecay Uno's brand new "Mental Scars", but now he's about to step into the limelight and serve us his own product. The singer and producer did alot of work with Goldie Loc, for both this compilation AND the upcoming Eastsidaz album. "My nigga Goldie Loc contriubted alot of time tag teaming on the beats with a nigga, and spitting his woldly crip vocals and ideas. Good lookin out cuzzin! Shouts to Tray Deee the Eastside OG. Much Love! Kokane, 100% nigga, we gonna make hits!
Let's get into the lineup of guests on the Eastside Connected compilation. Snoop Dogg, Tray Deee, Goldie Loc, The Outlaws, Kokane, RBX, The Dove Shack, Lil Half Dead, Mr. Tan, Shaba Ranks, Ecay Uno, Weasle Loc, Bay Loc, Trazel, Papa Smurf and more are on the album, production of course handled by Chag G and his production team World Wide Muzic.
