I hope 213 doesnt come out this year...

In an interview I read the other day, Nate Dogg was saying "we want this album to be classic, like Tha Chronic".

I think 213 should spend more time on the album and perfect it to the fullest. Warren said they recorded 30 tracks for it, so Im guessing out of those 30, theres maybe 5-10 that would be "classic material" that we havnt heard yet.  They should bang out like 60-70 tracks IMO because we should have had that many 213 tracks over the years anyhow.  Im hopeing for a 13-18 track album with NO FILLER, limit the guests....

Im starting to wonder if 213 will reconsider dropping the album in Nov or Dec because we havnt heard much news lately.  WSC is heating up now, and people are really anticipating that album.  As for 213, no ones really talking about it, and the tracks we've heard have been supbar except for a couple.



Something I want to ask you guys tho....

Do you think 213 could be a "Classic Album" without production from Dr. Dre?

there is no way this will be a classic album.  back in the early 90's it would have been classic, but not now.  It will be way too commercialized, and I gaurantee there is gonna be some shitty tracks on it.

Classic is thrown around too much. This album has no chance of being classic. No matter when it comes out I doubt it'll even be in the top 5 albums of the year.

i agree...if warren g can get in some production on the album then theres a chance to make it a classic...as long as they dont get some fuckin neptunes or timbaland or mannie fresh on this album it has a chance...i mean we havent heard the album yet and look who we are talking about...warren g, snoop dogg, nate dogg...3 of the best mothafuckaz in the game right now...theres a chance for a classic..probably wont happen but i wont rule it out.

everyone has their own opinion.  when it drops, YOU make think it is classic, but I know I won't.  Every album snoop has dropped since doggystyle has disapointed me big time, and I don't even look foward to his albums anymore.  I don't even like most the songs he does nowadays.  Neptunes are supposed to produce on it, and I hate the neptunes.  Plus both Nate and Snoop work with a shitload of artists/producer who I hate, and I am sure a few of them are gonna be on this album.
