Bruce Lee or Jet li ???

I see enough people pickin' Bruce Lee over Jet Li and see him as legend, just becuase he was the first one bringin' kung fu to Hollywood >:(.  he got skills i'm not sayin' he ain't shit but i'm sayin' Jet Li's skill's are way better.(SHODOWKICKS knows what i'm sayin').  Jet li was the champion in the kung fu compititions in china for many years.  he studies true shoalin kung fu as a monk, when Bruce Lee started his career as a dancer and mixed kung fu with dancing (that's why his shit was neat)...all i'm sayin' is that jet li is more real then bruce lee and if there ws a fight between bruce lee and jet lee.....JET LI 'd BEAT BRUCE LEE SENSELESS...(i know half of you catz gonna disagree with this statement)
this is like bringing a hollywood gangsta and comparin' to an OG.....

anyways.....i know there's gonna be a lot of arguments about this but post your shit n tell me what do you think....

i agree 100% with what docky said...

buce lee is the first mainstream marshal artist... but jet li have more knowledge compared to bruce.... this doesnt mean that bruce is wack... i know that bruce had some really dope skillz in speedness for exxample, he could make 6 correct punches / sec, he could cut a paper in 2 clices by punching it..... but he lacked in fexibility witch is maby the most important shing in kung fu.. he could neither make powerfull kicks in the iar, nor kick opponent 1 in the air, twist his body (still in the air) and kick the second guy, doing a 180 degrees spin-move... or similar thing... flexibilitys like that are shaolin-movies, and bruce lee never learned shaolin, but jet li did, jet li won china's national marshal arts contest 5 years in a row.. bein the first guy in china's entire history do accomplish that..

Docky you've got your facts about  Bruce Lee wrong. You've described Jackie Chan's background. Jackie would get whooped by any of them.

Bruce Lee was great because he took the best elements of other arts like Kung Fu, and Judo (which I used to be a green belt at btw) including Western Boxing and created his own philosophy and art. I suggest you read 'the tao of jeet kune do'.
