Trauma-san:
There won't be a recall, but he could get booted in the next election.  A recall would be extremely hard to do, because you need 12% of the voters to sign on to it, and they had the highest voter turnout OF ALL TIME during the recall.  They're fucked, but they can keep dreaming.
