Production had been scheduled to start sometime in July, 2003 in Vancouver, British Columbia, just a few weeks after Scary Movie 3 wrapped up there in late June, 2003. Those plans to race into making a 4th movie were scrapped however, mostly to give the writers time to actually get a finished script done.

LoL...I read that before they changed it...It used to say "filming began July, 2003" etc. etc...But yea, I guess you're right...LoL
