biggest underachieving team: Heat/blazers?

but Blazers are a much more underachieving team, their team is full of washed up stars, stoudamire and wells carry that team, and wallace

heat is bad, but Mourning is not even close to playing at 100% yet, i dunno, im checkin for Heat to take 8th next year in the East

I gotta say the Blazers... they have to many superstars and ex-superstars on there team to play the way they did this year... totally underachieved this season...

Blazers should have been a 1 or 2 seed out west. Heat played out their ass for half a season after a rough start with a sick/injured Mourning. So I go with the Blazers.
