The Watcher:
The Simpsons Hit & Run is a good game, my girl plays that ALOT. I tend to think True Crime/GTA-VC is better, although the simpsons game has alot of good one liners in it and looks like it'll take more than 7 hours to complete. Rent True Crimes first & make sure you like it

how can I arrest ppl who run away without killing them

The Watcher:
tackle them and wait til they stand still

then either flash your badge at them or fire a warning shot and they'll either give up or run. if they run you beat the shit out of them

smerlus:
if i know that they can take a shot, i shoot them a couple times to get thier life down (or they surrender while getting shot) then i finish them will some kung fu and slap the cuffs on them....

if they surrender - cuff them

if the pull out guns - clap them

if they run - fuck them up
