Bush doesn't even think up the shit he does. People like Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld etc. are the real minds behind the actions Bush plans out. Bush is not crazy. Is he dumb? We might never know because we don't get to see much out of him, all we see is what people tell him to do.
