Som misconceptions about Americans.......
« on: December 01, 2003, 08:31:09 PM »
So I was down in Washington State today.  And I was blown away!  People there are so NICE!  At every restaurant, gas station, and corner store, people were so nice.  They were all happy and made small conversation with me.  I was truely blown away.  And the drivers there are much more considerate than in Vancouver.  I've been to Seattle many many times, but I've never really realized how nice the people are.  I realized that people here in this part of Canada are rude as hell.

I didn't.  People all around the world think americans are assholes.  As a people, Americans are extremely nice.  As a country, America is a bully (IMO).

I was just amazed at the service I got today.  It was totally unexpected, like I said, I don't meet friendly people like that here.

People in the smaller communities are on the average really cool. Bigger cities are where you get into some assholes. But in almost all of the states I've visited, you come across alot of nice folks.
