Lets see...Roy Keane got a 13 match ban (the only player ever to get charged twice for the same thing) for his over enthusiastic tackle on some crap scandanavian - Ashley cole attempts to end the career of Ben Thatcher, then stays on the pitch (a la Vieira) for ages mouthing off - 4 matches max.  He'll be charged in 8 months time and miss Arsenal's crucial Carling Cup match with Scunthorpe.
