My cousin has Adisons disease and maybe one other disease, her family turned their back on her, so now my family is all she has, so we are left to take care of her.  And my other cousin (her sister) is Clinically depressed, and occasionally tries to commit suicide.  We are left to tend to her also.

Sikotic™:
I found out my grandma was diagnosed with cancer In September of 96. She died in January 97 just 4 months. It was hard because she was always a happy cheerful woman and she began to die before my eyes. She was always a big woman with long hair and within a few months, that hair was all gone and she was almost anorexic. I was only 11 so it tore me up inside unlike anything. She was like my mom because I lived with her all my life.

I remember I was in the room on her dying day. She was breathing hard and her eyes were dialated. I can nnever get the image out of my head and it will forever haunt me.

I thank the Lord everyday though that she was able to see my little sister's birth before she passed away. She wasn't even suppose to live that long, but the Lord spared her life just so her wish could be fufilled.

When she died my life changed, I grew up and finally figured out the concept that life is not fair and that things happen.
