Most of the time I go to sleep when Im dead tired, so I cant really concentrate lol. BUt when I aint, I do... Man meditation is very good for you, it helps you focus and gain peace. Doctors have observed, that certain parts of buddist monks' brains are more calmer, whereas others are more active. Some shit like that, peace
