If Osama and Saddam are buddies

We all know Osama and Saddam are not friends but they got one common enemy. I just think it would have been in the best interest of Osama to save Saddam.

Two very different people. One, Saddam is not a true Muslim. Saddam doesn't wear traditional Muslim cloths unless his trying to gain religious support. Knowing his end is near, it seems that he is trying to change, reading the Quran and what not. But Iraq was the more liberal of all the Middle Eastern states, and one of the few states that allowed people to drink, smoke, and gamble. Other states outlaw these things, because their rulers are strong Muslims. Saddam is a Socialist with weak religious ties. Bin Ladan is a hardcore Muslim. Too much so, that he lead what I like to think of as a cult. His followers don't follow Islam like they think, they follow him. His almost like a religious leader as much a terriorist group leader. If they were Christian, they would be waiting with the other cult members, for Jesus to comeback behind the Hail Bop comet. They feel they are right. What you have are the extreme left, Saddam, and the extreme right, Bin Laden. Last time we had two people from each wing these dangerous, we had Stain on the left, and Hitler on the right. Difference now, is neither one of these two is really leading anything great, unless Bin Laden is really cooking up something big.
