Yo, I thought about it, and it is about race. The chip is for "rich" people to control the world. Who moniters the chip? The chip in the future,(it might have already be in effect), will be used to moniter Black people, Muslims, Latinos, Europians, Asians, Isreali's ect...so the WEST (aka. the "good guys"), has full control of the world. This might have already been used on people, without themselves or us knowing...this be some scary shit.
