Does anyone know when Phil Tha Ag will drop his debut album?

Heard that it will contaon production from Evidence, Babu, Jake One, Khalil and Kanye West and that there will be features from Ghostface, Talib Kweli, Guru, Mos Def, B-Real, Ras Kass, Dilated, Tha Liks, Chace Infinite, Xzibit, Krondon, Planet Asia and Mitchy Slick - can anyone confirm this?
