He has the second most power compared to Bush, and Condeleza Rice is also black, and she probably is the third most powerful.

I can have hate towards any person of any race, Dun matter, Its tha person inside, not tha color.....Shiiiit, I dun like alot of Asian and Whites in my neighbourhood but thats those certain people, It dun mean I hate tha whole race.....
