Proof of how Islam can change your life

Remember all those threads I used to make about how much I hated college and how poorly I did in school?

The last spring semester was my first time being in school as a Muslim.  And with the help of Allah, I've now finished a successful spring and summer semester, I have 30 hours and just below a 3.0.  I give all the glory to Allah.  Islam taught me patience through fasting and prayer.  And it provided me with a vehicle or reference point from which I could view the world.  Islam gave me the psychological guidance I needed to deal with these students and teachers with personalities that are not constructive to my education.  I was able to just say,

"Fuck them, they don't see the whole picture, they see the world as this, this and this, but I see it in a totally different way, and I am certain in my beliefs, and I know things they know nothing about."

When before if a teacher viewed me in a negetive light I would unconsciously fall victim to another person's image of myself.

Islam has also given me a greater desire to learn because there is a reason for learning now, because I feel that I am a part of a cause greater than myself.

Aiight... sorry ya'll.... I'll shut up now, and I apologize if I offended any non-muslims, I just found out my grades for the summer today, and I felt like sharing my enjoyment with ya'll.  peace.
