Your argument is invalid. Yes, the COINTELPRO had the NOI under heavy investigation, and even placed undercover agents in the NOI, had wire taps on NOI members, just as they had wire taps on Martin Luther King at the time.
That still does not negate the fact that the NOI under direct orders from Elijah Muhammad burnt down Malcolm's house and killed him.
