Your forgetting some HUGE differences:

dre pays his employees
dre doesn't threaten his employees lives
dre doesn't beat his employees
dre's employees are happy where they are at

I think snoop is more like suge.  You don't see hittman, king Tee, or Rakim runnin around talkin shit about dre and how he screwed them.  Hell dre even gave king Tee his masters, suge never did that for anyone.  Anyone tryna get out of their contract w/ suge had to go thru hell, not the case with dre.

uhh...rakim left dude...or atleast thats what we've been told...so MOST of his employees are happy where they are at...the only problem is i think dre is basically using 50 as a gimmick...50 blew up so now the only way an album will get released is if:

its a 50 cent album
its a g-unit album
its an album with one or more 50 cent appearances

I know rakim left, but he ain't constantly talkin shit about dre.  almost everyone who leaves Suge talks shit about him, and says how fucked up shit was over there.

So Dre is only gonna release 50 cent/gunit related albums huh?  Umm, how many albums have been released since 50's?  ONE  Obie Trice, and he is eminems find.  How the fuck you gonna say all that ^^^^ bullshit, when only 1 albums been released since 50's, and it is eminem's protege?  You got no proof of that, all you are doing is speculating and assuming.

ok lets look at the facts:

get rich or die trying dropped
obie trice dropped which included 50 cent on the album
50 cent has been on tons of guest appearances
we keep hearing about new d-12/g-unit/50 cent shit
50 cent cd/dvd dropped
rakim left (most likely because dre was focused in more on the 50 cent shit

^^^^ so what the fuck is your point?

So fuckin what?  they are lable mates.  Dre, Eminem, Nate, and Busta were on the album too.  Label mates are on each others albums all the time.  Nothing new there.  Guess you could say Jermaine Dupri is like suge and dre too, cause he gon get all the so so def fags on Daz new album.

50 cent has been on tons of guest appearances
thats rap for ya these days.  50 cent is a hot fuckin artist selling a shitload, of course people want him on his album.  Look at how snoop and daz dickride him.  People want him on their album cause it will help them.  Shit at least Dre lets 50 go work with whoever he wants.  You see suge lettin his artissts do that?  Hell fuckin No!  They work with who suge wants them to work with.  How many guest appearances did snoop make while he was on DR?  Not many.  why's that?  is it cause snoop wasn't big? NO.  Is it cause he didn't want to? hmm, look at him now.  Its cause suge wouldn't let him.

big fucking deal!  what about the dpg/gunit or the iv life/dogghouse/dpg or tha row/murder inc/whatever label scarface is on, shit I could name countless collabo's that were gonna/did/or are gonna happen.

50 cent cd/dvd dropped
Now there's a first.  Gee, which rapper has done this?

rakim left (most likely because dre was focused in more on the 50 cent shit
Pure 100% assumpiton.

You have nothing to back yourself.  Until dre releases 3 more 50 cent albums before releasing anything else, you got nothing to back up your claim.

The only real comparisons I see is the success of both labels without having to drop a grip of albums. However, besides that, Dre ain't nothin' like Suge at all. Everyone knows Dre lags like a muthafucca. You ain't tellin' us nothin' new.

LOL, I ain't even a big dre fan at all.  I don't even like anything he does nowadays.  Sure I luv the chronic, and c2k is dope, but I really ain't into aftermath at all.  I'm just showing you how you are wrong, and what a bad comparison you made.

It's like comparing Snoop Dogg & Jay-Z as C.E.O.'s = Not a very good comparison at all.

Thats not the case...Snoop owns and handles everything for Doggystyle and doesnt have enough time on his hands to run his label proper.

Jay Z on the other hand, only ownes 1/3 of Rocafella with Dame Dash and Kareem Biggs who handle most of the business side.  All Jay Z has to do is sign contracts, write checks and show up for videos, while Dame and Kareem handle all the business.

Maybe Snoop would be more successful if he had a couple right hand men to handle shit and take a load off his shoulders.

My point was that Jay Z does not handle the job of "CEO" on his own while Snoop does.  It sounded like you were saying that Jay Z is the CEO on his own and he so much better than Snoop.  I wonder If Rocafella would be as big of success without Dame Dash and Kareem Biggs.   ???
