well detroit is midwest too and sum d cats (including Eminem) are tight lyricists, but Nelly ain't. But if u like his shit that's coo tho, I personally don't...50 actually got talent even at writin lyrics. I liked him more a while back (especially on "Guess Who's Back") and actually he is kinda versatile, only recently he's been droppin the type of verses that sell best and fit the hype. But IMO a verse like "50 Bars" is ill, of course he ain't Nas or Talib Kweli.

Btw, I don't think 90% on here are hardcore snoop dickriders, there are sum but most people are just big fans of w/c gangsta shit and snoop's that genre's big livin legend...people prolly don't like snoop cuz they consider him a tight lyricist but cause they just luv his music whereas they're not that much into 50's so they complain bout the weak lyrics

I hate Snoop, and I think Warren's pretty wack, but Cube & Mack 10 are both good lyricists (not like Kweli but still good). They blow 50 away in every category.
