Thank you brother.  I probably said something to the fact of "to reach full maturity you must have discipline over self, the self-accusing soul."  This can be achieved through fasting, and fasting is best achieved if you pray and perform the fast for God, and this will allow you to sympathize with those less forturnate.  

And never "try to act mature" like the 10 year old kid who smokes Marlboro ciggerettes because he thinks it makes him look mature.  It can never be achieved through an image, it must be an inner state of being.
