Story's in the Bible and Qu'ran.  Are they true?

i don't believe in the bible myself, but for those who do, think of the stories like a game of chinese whispers, the stories were told to people who could not write very well, so when the idea (whenever it was) came about to put them all into 1 book the stories will have been changed in many ways, cos like in chinese whispers, the message to the end person is always different from the original message!

exactly. Try telling a story 3 days later n see how accurate it is. Have u ever seen the game where u line up 6 people or so. One person on the end, tells a short paragragh. Then each person passes it on to the next person. By the time it reaches the last in line, the story is always completely different. i agree tho, i neva really believed the stories of the bible as being "real". I always thought it was to be used as lessons for people.
