No, I'm talking about the singing for the hook of the song and the vocals were lifted from some Persian artist's music. The original Paid in Full and the remix have that same vocal sample.

No it doesn't.  You are talking about the "Paid In Full (Seven Minutes Of Madness - The Cold Cut Remix)".  
The original from Paid In Full is much shorter and doesn't have that vocal sample.
