Like it's already been said, it's a collection of freestyles. It's worth listening to, up to you wether u want to buy it or not, but it only goes from roughly 22min or so, not sure how long vol 2 goes for. 'Stretch Debut' and 'Atl Shit' are my favourite freestyles off this one.
