Little Brother's deal with Atlantic is close to becoming a reality. Regardless, of where they end up, LB just finished up recording a new track, "Sinners", for the new Coen Brothers/Tom Hanks flick Ladykillers; and word is the track is darker then anything the trio has previously recorded. In fact, LB is about 7-8 tracks deep into their sophomore effort The Minstrel Show, which the crew is readying for a September release. In other LB happenings, though Phonte and Nicolay's collaborative effort as Foreign Exchange, Connected, has been leaked, the final version of the LP will be different from the leaked version as they have added a few surprises. Connected will be released by BBE in May 2004

Also, apparantly 9th is going to do a Beat Generation album at some point this year or next.
