Yea deff, and that's why the song is so sad. Its like he's almost certain she's cheating on him but because he cares about her THAT much he doesn't even want to hear or know about it. He couldn't bear not having the girl so he'll deal with her cheating on him and he'll just turn a blind eye toward it so he can keep with her. All he's asking is that she keeps it private from him because it's breaking his heart.
